silo point luxury Condominiums
baltimore, maryland

Silo Point is definitely the most interesting and exciting adaptive reuse project that I've ever seen. The client, Turner Development, turned an abandoned grain elevator in Baltimore's Locust Point neighborhood into 228 luxury condos with a breathtaking views of the harbor and downtown Baltimore.

I feel fortunate to have worked on the marketing team that created the tools to promote and sell this unique property. I designed the sales brochure, unit-specific plan inserts, a “view book” (that the sales staff uses to show prospective buyers the unique views from different units in the building), as well as newspaper ads and graphics for the sales center.

In January, Silo Point won 2009 Attached Community of the Year at The Nationals in Las Vegas. The Nationals, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), are the country's largest and most prestigious awards honoring exceptional achievement in new home sales and marketing. In addition, Silo Point received Gold Awards for Best Sales Office and Best Community Brochure, and Silver awards for Best Graphic Continuity and Best Advertising Campaign.
